Here are some promotional materials you can use to help register your group for the Troy, Illinois Fall Rally 2026!
❤️ Note for Youth Leaders / Ministry Organizer: Here are some registration tips and ideas. The release forms are for you and your group – you can print, pass out and keep them as you attend the event. You’re welcome to pass out the forms, gather up a list of names, and register all at once online. You can also get a list of names and call us to register over the phone (618-541-8291) with a card. Other leaders send the online link to their students and invite them to fill it out, but this often doesn’t work as well unless you describe the event, talk up the leaving time, and encourage families to register their students. One last thought: the $40 registration fee covers morning refreshments, lunch during the day, the Fall Rally program and a free shirt if registered before October f your church budget allows, paying for students and leaders or offering a discount could be a great way to get students there.
