The Harvest Thirty-Year Reunion will take place at Troy Methodist Church, the only building every single Harvest Team Member has passed through. Troy Methodist Church is located at 407 Edwardsville Road, Troy, IL 62294, USA.
WHEN:
The Harvest Thirty-Year Reunion is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
4:00 pm – 4:15 pm | Arrive
4:015 pm – 5:15 pm | Reception for those who have traveled with Harvest (and their guests)
5:15 pm – 6:00 pm | Conversations / Photos / Memories / Stroll the Museum
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Summer Team / Traveling Team / Friends and Supporters – Dinner and Program
8:00 pm – Conclude
OTHER INFORMATION
Attire – Typical attire for a fall Harvest Ministry event.
Childcare – There won’t be childcare, but you’re welcome to bring anyone from your family who may enjoy sitting, visiting, and listening.
RSVP Required – Please RSVP if you wish to attend, as we plan refreshments and dinner accordingly.
Guests – If you served as a Harvest Team Member, we invite you to bring your spouse, friend, or any family members who may be interested in celebrating with us. There is space in the RSVP for the names of those accompanying you.
Funding—The Harvest Thirty-Year Celebration and Reunion is a free event being funded by a few sponsors and those who wish to contribute to help offset expenses. If you would like to contribute to the event, there is space to do so on the RSVP form, and you get a free t-shirt!
