Would you agree that weekend conferences and events are often the catalysts for renewed commitment, newfound faith in Jesus, and opportunities for students (and all ages really) to experience a clear call to follow Christ?
Fire-Up Conference is a high school student ministry weekend in Troy, IL and is scheduled for February 21-23, 2020. www.fire-up.org
It’s important for students to attend because it’s in places like Fire-Up Conference where students pull away from the regular routine, hear God’s voice clearly, and are encouraged by other believers assembled.
God can do amazing work in the hearts of teens anywhere. But there’s something about Christian students gathering to hear preaching, to worship, to learn in small groups and seminars… and for the students who just came along for the ride but aren’t following Christ, it can make an eternal difference!
It’s not that easy to get a student ministry to block off a whole weekend, but we still believe that large events, outside of your own local church, are a great way to build faith in students, build connection and relationships and add to the foundation for living a Jesus centered life.
You’re invited to join us at the high school Fire-Up Conference in Troy, IL in February.
