Very thankful to have had a great conversation with Kiley Salmons from Kansas City on the podcast today! Kiley was a part of Harvest Ministry in the mid-2000’s. She was on the summer team, served on weekend events and and also worked in the office helping with worship ministry in our church.
During our conversation, we talked about hospitality (making room for people), boundaries and the importance of taking photos with your kids. For a few minutes at the end of the podcast, we also talk about a few Harvest memories.
Thanks for being on the podcast, Kiley!

This podcast episode shares some ideas for youth workers as they seek to give away ministry leadership in their student ministry. It’s a win for the leader, for the students and for the future church.
