Harvest would love to visit your church for a worship night, and we have available dates!
Harvest can come to your chruch to share in worship ministry for your congregation and community! There isn’t a hard and fast schedule, but something along the lines of:
4:00 pm – set up and sound check
5:15 pm – host church provide a meal for the Harvest Team members
6:30 pm – worship concert with music, testimonies, and witness *
7:30 pm – wrap up, optional fellowship time afterwards
*Other options: At some churches, they host a meal for everyone at 5 pm and the program at 6 pm. Times can be adjusted to fit the schedule best for your context. And of course, we’re available for other events such as special worship leaders on Sunday morning, next generation events or weekends.

SOUND & PROJECTION:
We can use the host church sound system or bring the Harvest Sound (extra cost). Most often, we plug our laptop into the projection system in your church. If that is not possible, we’re happy to send the lyrics to be entered.
TYPICAL SET UP:
For most worship nights, we include the entire band – drums, bass, vocals, guitars, keyboard – but we can also tailor this setup depending on the setting. At times, it’s just Tim with his guitar, if that fits the situation better.
FINANCES:
For a one-night evening, we typically invite the host church / event to provide mileage for Harvest Ministry, $500 honorarium, and receive a love offering. If sound is needed, we ask the church/hosting event to give a rental fee (for extra travel costs and upkeep).
