Very thankful to have had a great conversation with Kiley Salmons from Kansas City on the podcast today! Kiley was a part of Harvest Ministry in the mid-2000’s. She was on the summer team, served on weekend events and and also worked in the office helping with worship ministry in our church.
During our conversation, we talked about hospitality (making room for people), boundaries and the importance of taking photos with your kids. For a few minutes at the end of the podcast, we also talk about a few Harvest memories.
Thanks for being on the podcast, Kiley!

Clint Benesh, Tim Price, and Special Guest Lonnie Trembly talk about longevity in ministry.
Lonnie has been at FBC Columbia for 14 years and has been in student ministry since 1992.
Tim has been a part of Harvest Ministry since 1996, and even before it was named Harvest, led music for camps and events since 1990. In addition, he’s been in his position at the church since 1998.
Clint has been a part of Harvest Ministry since 2014 and just recently began a new role in full-time student ministry.
Various degrees in the length of ministry are represented here as we talk through some of the good things about staying in your role long term – or as long as God keeps you there.
