Praise the Lord for how kids going into 5th-7th grades encounter Jesus at Beulah Bible.

We’ve had a blast leading worship —both the fun motion songs and the more worshipful songs. The leaders have created a great team to make camp smooth and engaging for the next generation, and we’re honored to be a part of it.

Our daily routine went something like this:
- Breakfast
- Morning Worship
- Harvest Devotion and Prayer
- Video creation and other administrative task for Harvest
- Music at the pre-lunch assembly
- Lunch
- Break
- Lead Elective
- Snack Shack
- Lead Elective #2
- Prep for Worship
- Dinner
- Worship
- Activity
- Evening Harvest Meeting, prayer, and usually some games or something.
This is the flow for most week-long camps during the summer.

Another praise is the response of kids during worship. It’s constantly refreshing to me when leading children’s worship because they respond, well, as kids! It’s not refined. They don’t worry about the flow of songs or prayer timing at the altar. Kids often came to the altar, even during the songs before the message! And their friends join them in prayer. We bounced from songs that were slower to the high-energy ones! The camp kids hollered out their favorites as soon as we concluded the song we were singing.

At the end of the camp, two kids came up to tell us that they had accepted Christ as their savior. Another one told us God told them they felt a call to be pastor.
Jake Wetterlin did a great job preaching. We’ve known Jake since he was a kid, and now he is on staff in Family Ministry at West Frankfort Trinity.
Suzanne helped with computer lyrics, and Gabe Grysmala helped with sound (he also helped us with a Kids Conference last Spring).

Thanks for your prayers. The kids have left Beulah Camp, and tonight, Harvest will take a break, have dinner, and prep for tomorrow’s start of a two-day camp for younger kids.

All that to say, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve. You can see videos of music, ministry, and other fun stuff on the Harvest Facebook Page.
Thanks for joining us in prayer! We appreciate everyone who supports Harvest Ministry as we GO OUT to share the hope of Christ and to RAISE UP the next generation to follow Jesus.
