Summer 2024 was awesome!
We can’t say enough good things about this summer ministry season and this team! Thankful for each one and for each person who prayed for us and supported the ministry!

Special Forces Teams and Guest Ministry Team Members
In addition to the 2024 Summer Team, we also assembled a special forces team to help lead ministry events a couple of times! Thanks to this team, who led the Rockbridge, IL kids event, it was an incredible weekend! (Jack, Rex, Sharie, Harper, Erin, Tim and Henrick standing in front of the home of Dennis and Iris Price).
Thanks to Gabe Gryzmala who helped with Tech at Epworth Camp and to Nate Brown who played electric guitar at Epworth for the week.

Another special forces team was on June 30 in Jacksonville, IL, where we led worship for a combined church outdoor picnic and worship time. Pictured above are Dylan, Rex, Erin, Matt, and Tim.
Joining us in this photo are Dan Yarger and Caroline Stewart, both of whom have been major parts of Harvest Ministry over the years. Dan helped put the Harvest sound system together and has run sound for many conferences and events. Caroline has traveled with the team, played music, helped with resources, run sound, and been on mission trips.
One cool thing for Harvest has been the assimilation of Shout Co! Puppets into the ministry with kids and adults! Thanks to the whole team for having fun sharing the gospel in this creative way. And thanks to Macy Price and Annie Kennett for joining us for a day of ministry in retirement communities this summer!
ABOUT THE 2024 TEAM MEMBERS
Caleb Hasebe is from New Smyrna Beach, Florida. He will begin his freshman year of college at Stetson University this fall. For the summer, he played bass/keys and helped with skits, speaking, games, and fun. The fantastic story of how he got connected is that, without really knowing much of what to expect, only responding to an invitation from Lynnsie, he flew to St. Louis, MO, and ministered with us in Southern Illinois and the surrounding states all summer!
One cool story was the night, after some cabin devotions, Caleb felt called to be baptized right then and there in the Epworth lake! It was a powerful night of the summer!
This was Dylan Moore’s second summer with Harvest. He also served on the school years teams for many conferences and events. Dylan will be a sophomore at Lewis and Clark studying music production. For the summer, Dylan played drums and served as the Tech Intern for the team. Dylan first joined Harvest in May of 2023 after hearing about the ministry from his mom, who used to be a camper at one of the camps for which Harvest led worship. He’s has been an intrugraul part of the ministry over the school year with conferences and other events.
This is a good photo to sum up a bit of Dylan’s gifts — he’s playing guitar (a pink one owned by someone else at the camp) and he’s hanging out with guys from the event. He’s talented and interested in others!
Ruby Price (Center) served for her second official summer of Harvest Ministry leading worship, singing and playing mandolin and violin. Ruby is a sophomore at Asbury University in Wimore, KY majoring in Worship Arts and minoring in Social Media. She served as the Music and Social Media Intern this summer.
In addition to excellent singing, playing, musical leadership, social media, video editing, and ShoutCo! Puppet coordination, Ruby also made a huge impact this summer by teaching the team (and several other groups) English Country Dancing, which passed the time on many evenings! Lynnsie Talley joined the group for the second summer, playing guitar, singing, leading worship, and speaking. She will be a sophomore at Trevveca University in Nashville, TN, this fall. During the summer, she served as the team’s Resource Table and Spiritual Life Intern.
Lynnsie is a natural speaker who made an impact by sharing devotions, questions, and scripture thoughts with the team and many students we encountered. She is also a songwriter and a great team player. As evidenced by the photo above, she brings a spark of joy and fun into nearly everything she is a part of (notice the chip in her mouth, while the rest of us are semi-serious—haha!).
Tim Price has served with Harvest Ministry since the Lord called him to begin it in the fall of 1995. In addition to Harvest, he is on staff at his home church in Troy, IL, where he resides with his wife and daughters.

I Thank God was a song we used during the summer of 2024. This was recorded on the phone during Epworth Camp in Greenville, IL.
Make Room – one of the first songs we learned from the summer ministry in 2024 and used it for nearly event event. This was recorded on the phone at BKK in Xenia, IL.
During Beulah Kids Camps, we used the Ten Commandments Hand Motions for an evening devotion. From there, we pulled this out as we taught kids in other settings. We first learned this in Silvis, IL several years back. This video was recorded by the 2024 team in Greenville, IL at Epworth Camp and was edited by Ruby Price.
This is the live closing video from the Harvest 2024 Summer Team. We closed the summer team with a celebration service in Troy, IL on August 4, 2024 and this was taken from the FB Feed. This quick video is a little hard to explain… but over the course of the summer, the group learned several English Country Dances. Not only did the team enjoy these during various camp week evenings, we even taught a few other individuals and camp groups!
This is a classic Harvest Song – and this version was recorded with students at Epworth Camp in Greenville, IL 2024.
Over the years Harvest has recorded these videos looking for a team member. We film in advance, then just as a fun time of music is about the begin, and all the student are gathered, we act like we have can’t find the drummer (or whomever). Part of the team runs out to begin looking and just as they leave the space, this video begins to play. Then, as the video ends, the whole team runs back in! Fun stuff!

All the Harvest Team members took turns taking a spin in the tractor on the Price Farm in Rockbridge, IL. Dylan in the tractor and a tiny, blurry, Dennis Price, in the back, who along with his wife Iris, has been a host home for Harvest Ministry at least one time every summer since 1996.
We found Ella! It was so fun to spend a weekend with Ella Hudspath, who traveled with Harvest all summer 2023 and then served on the Greenville University Pursuit Team this summer.
Crazy games at BKK Camp in Xenia – Ruby had to put Vasoline on her nose then, without using hands, pick up cotton balls and drop them at the other end in a team relay. It wasn’t the worst game of the night however – just ask the guys. Great going, Ruby! At least you didn’t have to drink a blended up McD’s Happy Meal!
We snapped this photo, loading up the trailer late one night. It looks nice and tidy because not much is in it. But more than the photo is the powerful reminder that the van, the trailer, the sound, the supplies, and much more have all been purchased by friends, family, and supporters of Harvest Ministry! Praise God for you!
